Founded in 1934, the Guang's brand originated from Guangdong Beverage Factory, South China's earliest beverage maker. Rooted in Guangzhou, it has specialized in beer and beverage production for over 90 years and represents "Made in Guangzhou". The brand pioneered multiple "firsts": building South China's first beverage and beer production line, launching China's first pineapple beer, and creating the country's first fruit-flavoured beer brand. Today, it is operated by Guangzhou Guangshi Food Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangzhou Brewery), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatang Food, with rich Lingnan cultural heritage.
